The HEIDI HADEN 'HIPSTER' is covered under a one year limited general manufacturers warranty covering original workmanship and material defects. The warranty does not cover scratches, tears or misuse of your bag. Warranty does not cover any loss of equipment or time. In the rare event that you have an issue, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and if, the problem is covered by our warranty, we will replace your product. If damages are caused by the carrier during shipping, please contact the carrier immediately to file a claim.

All orders are subject to availability of stock. HEIDI HADEN, LLC reserves the right to cancel any order at any time and refund the purchase amount. In the event of a cancellation, the customer will be notified via email. HEIDI HADEN, LLC cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury or equipment damage associated with any of our products.
RETURNS / EXCHANGES:
If you are unhappy with your HEIDI HADEN camera product, you may return/exchange the item in unused and perfect condition within 14 days of receiving your product. Just contact at email@example.com and let us know the nature of the return/exchange and we will email you a return shipping label (NOTE: we cannot make return labels for international shipping.) HEIDI HADEN, LLC reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges of bags which show signs of use, wear, blemishes, alterations, or damage of any kind.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item as well as the shipping costs incurred in getting the item back to you for exchanged products. For international customers and domestic customers with non-warranty returns, the initial and subsequent return shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. A restocking fee may also be applied.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
